Welcome to Nestful (nestful.bg). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our event management and invitation platform.

By registering for or using Nestful, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

Nestful provides a platform for creating digital invitations, managing guest lists, tracking RSVPs, managing gift lists, and sharing event photos.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account on Nestful, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nestful for:

• Violating laws or rights of third parties
• Sending spam, unwanted messages, or malicious content
• Uploading viruses or harmful code
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Nestful platform, including design, code, and trademarks, belong to Nestful. You may not copy, modify, or distribute parts of the service without permission.

7. User Content

You retain rights to content you upload (photos, text, event data). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and display it in connection with the service.

8. Payments

Premium features require a one-time payment per event. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card data.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access for violation of these terms.

10. Disclaimers

Nestful is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. We make reasonable efforts to maintain quality and security.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nestful is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
